Registration and Payment Options
 
Except for people who have confirmed with us already of their intentions to come, the conference is oversubscribed and registration is closed.

The conference fee is $450 which includes lodging, all meals, and prearranged van shuttle to and from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Lost Valley Ranch.

Fee is inclusive of a few activities, such as barn dancing, use of hot tubs and tennis courts. Horseback riding and trap shooting will be charged a la carte ($18 each).

The registration deadline is Thursday, January 31, 2008.

To register and pay for the conference:
  1. Complete the 3M 2008 registration form: 3M 2008 Registration Form.

  2. Email your registration form to Alice at amui2005@hotmail.com.

  3. Submit your payment. You may pay by check or by PayPalŪ. A confirmation receipt will be sent to your email address.

  4. When you have booked your plane ticket to Denver, please email Katie (3M@laymansfoundation.org) a copy of your itinerary.
