Periodically, the Layman's Foundation will sponsor a '3M' conference for Chinese-American young professionals focusing on how to do lay ministry and develop godly partnerships in the "Marketplace, Ministry, and Marriage" (3M). Attendees, speakers, and mentors have come primarily from the U.S., Canada, and Asia to attend. These conferences take place over a weekend and comprise of in-depth Bible studies, small groups ("mentor huddles"), large group discussions, Q-and-A, one-on-one discipleships, as well as fun community-building activities.

| 2009 Conference |
The next 3M Conference will be held in Hong Kong, October 23-25, 2009, at the Ma Wan Noah's Ark Christian Conference Center. Attendance is limited to about 104 attendees and 14 mentors.
